If you receive a damaged item - don't worry, call us immediately and we will send you a replacement and tell you where to send the damaged item free of charge. Remember, our Customer Care team is here to help. And, of course, if you feel a product doesn't meet your expectations in any way, you can always return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price, subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions included herewith.

Regular delivery within the UK usually takes between 10 to 14 days. If you've opted for priority dispatch, your package should be with you in 5 to 7 days. International deliveries should be received within 14 to 21 days. However, we have no control over parcels once they are with Royal Mail or couriers and cannot foresee any delays they may be experiencing.
UK CUSTOMERS - Please allow up to 10 days for priority parcels and up to 21 days for regular delivery. If you think you might have missed a delivery please contact your post office to see if they are holding the parcel for you, as sometimes delivery notices go missing.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Please allow up to 35 days for regular delivery. Please note we do not offer priority delivery on international orders. If you have selected priority delivery while placing a web order, it will be removed from your basket when you select a shipping country outside the UK and you will not be charged.

Royal Mail and other courier services are used with in the UK. International deliveries are delivered via Royal mail to local national postal services throughout Europe.
Delivery costs vary according to product. You often will only pay only one lot of postage and packing no matter how much you order. The standard postage and packing charge is £5.99 within the UK, unless stated otherwise. Priority dispatch, oversized parcels and shipments to countries outside the UK carry additional postage costs, which will be disclosed at the time of ordering.
