PAYING AND RETURNING

I opened a CD/DVD, do I have to pay for it?

You won't know how great the product is until you open and enjoy it. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions included herewith. What if I want to return a product?

If you receive a damaged item - don't worry, call us immediately and we will send you a replacement and tell you where to send the damaged item free of charge. Remember, our Customer Care team is here to help. And, of course, if you feel a product doesn't meet your expectations in any way, you can always return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price, subject to the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions included herewith.

Is my information confidential?

We use and disclose customer information in accordance with their preferences and our Customer Privacy Policy which is accessible at www.zestify.tv/home/privacy

How long will it take my parcel to arrive?

Regular delivery usually takes between 10 to 14 days. If you've opted for priority dispatch, your package should be with you in 5 to 7 days. However, we have no control over any disruption to the Postal Services.

Please allow up to 10 days for priority parcels and up to 28 days for regular delivery.

If you have a postal address outside the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland, please allow up to 28 days for regular delivery.

How will it be delivered?

All items are dispatched by Royal Mail and their national postal equivalents throughout Europe.

How much are delivery costs?

Delivery costs vary according to product. You often will only pay only one lot of postage and packing no matter how much you order. The standard postage and packing charge is £5.99 within the UK, unless stated otherwise. Priority dispatch, oversized parcels and shipments to countries outside the UK carry additional postage costs, which will be disclosed at the time of ordering.
